All our tenants have the right to the following tax
exemptions:
- Fees charged for taking out the agricultural classification of the land belonging to the industrial park
- Land taxes, corresponding to the land afferent to the industrial park
- Building taxes for the buildings which are part of the infrastructure of the industrial park
- Taxes for releasing any city planning certificates, building permits and/or building demolition permits for the lands and buildings which are part of the park infrastructure

Complete utilities
Power Supply
- Arc Industrial Park suplies and distributes electrical power to the park’s industrial consumers according to the supply License No. 35529/10.06.2014 (valid for 10 years) and a distribution License No. 771/09.02.2007 (valid for 25 years)
- The Industrial Park has a 110/20kW-16MVA station which secures the power supply for the entire industrial area. The power supply can be amplified up to 45 MVA
- Our medium and long-term plan is to build a Solar Power Plant for producing renewable energy to supply the energy need for the park’s industrial consumers
Natural Gas
- There are 2 gas pipes on the site, one of which is for distribution and the other is a high pressure thoroghfare, with a dimension of D26”(711.2 mm), with a nominal pressure of 28-64 Bar and a debit of 4000 cubic meters/hour
- On client’s requests we can secure a minimum debit of 7500 cubic meters/hour, with a minimal pressure of 500 mbar
Telecommunications
- The park has a telecommunicaton grid through which the service operators have installed the necessary cables (3 chambered 0 200 Piping) in order to provide telephone and internet services
Watter Supply
- The water distribution grid has a total length of 2926 lm and is made out of Polyethylene high density pipes (PEHD with MRS=8Mpa) with a diameter of De=160x14.6mm and De=140x12.8 mm, Pn 10
- The grid has 2 water pipelines. One pipe has a diameter of 160mm(6.24 inches) with the maximum pressure of 6 atmospheres. The main water line has a diameter of 500mm(19.5 inches) and has a pressure of 16 bars
Waste Water
- The park has its own sewer grid made from PVC tubing, type M, Dn 315 mm(12.40 inches) and is connected to a pumping station and to the city’s wastewater treatment plant
- The grid has a discharge flow of the industrial water of 110-120l/sec, respectively 396 mc/hour
Parking Lot
- 24 h Video-monitored parking lot with 120 parking spots, card access and inner barrier
Office Building
- Arc Business Centre offers 2000 sqm of rental office spaces and two conference rooms equipped with discussion system, audio system, video system and also a simultaneous translation system
